How Do I Make Gina?s Home Made Low-Fat French Toast?

Here is how you make Gina?s Home Made Low-Fat French Toast:

Mix milk and egg white in a mixing bowl and whip (by hand or blender), until the egg whites are incorporated into the liquid (about a minute by hand or a few seconds by electric blender). Mix in the Splenda and the cinnamon. Dip one slice of bread at a time; turn on each side to make sure the bread is saturated with the liquid. Do the same with the second slice. Heat a non-stick pan to medium, and spray with butter-flavored non-stick cooking spray. Place both of the slices and cook on each side for about 3-5 minutes. If any liquid is left from the bread-soaking mixture, you can carefully pour evenly on top-center of each slice as it cooks. Serve and top it with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
