Here is how you make Low Fat Hummus:

Drain the garbanzo beans, reserving the liquid.Put drained garbanzos, parsley, peanut butter in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.Add lemon juice to make a paste, a little at a time. ( you may or may not use all the juice.) If you have used all the juice and it is still not creamy enough, use the reserved bean liquid.
