Here is how you make Chickpeas with Feta and Parsley:

Sautee the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, add garlic and cook another 2 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool.In a bowl, combine rinsed chick peas, parsley, green onion and red pepper flakes. Toss lemon juice on top and stir again. When onions and garlic are cool, combine and mix well. Add the feta cheese (important that the onions are cool so it doesn't cause it to melt) and toss.
