1 medium apple
1 medium navel orange
1/4 c orange juice

Here is how you make Quick Cran-Fruit Relish:

Peel, core and chop apple. Peel orange and remove white pith. Section and cut into small pieces over a medium saucepan (to capture the juice). Cut into small pieces. Add the apple and orange pieces to the pan along with the additional 1/4 cup orange juice. Add 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce, and 1 can lite cherry pie filling. Heat over medium flame and stir.
