As a marinade - Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place chicken or poultry in a plastic zip baggie and pour mixture into the baggie. Turn to coat all sides with marinade. Refrigerate for one hour or longer. Yeilds 3/4 of a cup and will marinate 2 large chicken breasts or 2 1/2 pork chops.A sauce for cooking seafood or fish: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use as a dressing or dipping sauce for seafood. Also, the sauce can be brushed on seafood or fish when grilling or broiling. Watch so that the seafood or fish don't over cook. Yields 3/4 cup.
