Preheat oven 375 degrees.1. Combine oats, coconut, slivered almonds, dried apricots in large heat resistant bowl.2. In small saucepan add brown sugar, oil, honey. Heat till sugar is dissolved and heated through.3. Pour evenly over oats and stir till all is coated. Must do this quickly before it cools.4. Pour and spread evenly into a large baking dish, sprayed with baking spray.5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. If you live in high altitude bake about 15 minutes or till completely heated through.6.
