What Are The Ingredients For Granola Recipe?The ingredients for Granola are: 4 cups Old Fashion Oats1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 chopped walnuts 1/2 chopped pecans 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (fresh is you have it) 1/4 c canola oil 1/4 c honey 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c crasins (or whatever dried fruit you like) How Do I Make Granola?Here is how you make Granola: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl mix oats, brown sugar, nuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Measure out and mixed together the canola oil, honey and vanilla. Warm this in a microwave for about 15 seconds. Pour the oil mixture over the oat mixture and mix completely. Spread out over a 13 x 9 baking sheet (jelly roll pan with sides works best) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, gently tossing and turning every 10 minutes. Let cool, then add the dried fruit. Store in a covered container.
