Here is how you make Simple Oat Granola:

I just mix all the dry ingredients and the spread out on baking sheet with parchement paper. I add vanilla to corn syrup and pour over mixture and stir it up a little. Preheat oven to 325 and cook 10 minutes and flip it over and cook another 10 minutes and flip. Cook an additional 5 minutes and let cool.
