1/3 to 1/2 cup apple juice

Serving Size 1/4 cup - Makes 25 servings1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)2. Stir oats, almonds, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon, and salt together in large bowl3. In separate bowl whisk maple syrup, apple juice, vanilla extract and oil together, pour over oat mixture and stir to coat thoroughly4. Place parchment paper on large baking sheet and spread mixture in an even layer5. Bake for 15 minutes and then stir mixture6. Bake for 5 more minutes and stir mixture again7. Bake for 3-6 minutes more watching carefully so it does not burn8. Remove from oven and let cool before you add cranberries and blueberries9.
