2 cups wheat germ
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1 cup raw shredded coconut (unsweetened)
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup water
3 Tbl Vanilla


How Do I Make Granola?

Here is how you make Granola:

Mix together all dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients, pour over dry, stir to mix well. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees, or until it lookes toasty. It will dry out after cooling. Stir every 15 minutes. After cooled can add dried fruit (raisins, craisins, etc). Makes 36 1/3 cup 195 calorie servings, or 24 1/2 cup 293 calorie servings.
