9 cups (1 cup reserved) Old Fashion Oats
1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup dried cranberries

3/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
.50 tsp almond extract
1 cup chia seeds

Here is how you make Sarah's Granola:

In large bowl add dry ingredients together(except for 1 cup oats and 1 cup chia seeds)In pot add coconut oil, syrup, honey, and extracts. Heat until warm. Add chia seeds to mixture. Once mixed pour over and mix well with dry ingredients in intervals. When all done add reserved cup of oats to pot and clean out remaining sticking to pot. Mix well with all dry ingredients.Spread mixture on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. If layer is thin bake for 5 minutes at 300. Stir and bake again for 5 minutes. Turn off oven and let cool. Break apart and store.Serving Size:?Makes 45 1/3 cup servings
