Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl. Mix liquid ingredients in a measuring cup, add to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Spread onto parchement paper on a shallow baking pan bake at 350 degrees F for around 20 minutes or until a golden brown. Stir occaisionally. Let the granola cool completely and become crunchy.
