1/2 cup white flour or flour of choice
1 can evaporated milk
1 can water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Here is how you make Transform-Abby's Gravy:

Get all ingredients ready before beginning to cool. Place oil in large skillet. Let oil begin to get warm. Add flour, just enough to make a good paste, usually about 1/2 cup, stirring constantly. When begins to bubble, add milk and about half of the water. Continue a slow stir. As thickens, add a little more water as you see the need, so it makes a good, thickened grave. Be careful to add slowly, or it will be watery. Stop adding water when the gravy is at desired thickness and is bubbly. Add Salt and Pepper and continue stirring a few more seconds.
