Here is how you make Right Good Collard Greens:

Heat oil in a stock pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, stirring until fragrent, not brown. Add stock and turkey leg. Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Add greens to the pot and turn up heat to medium high. Cook and stir occassionally for another 30 minutes. Turn down heat to medium and season to taste. Continue to cook for another 45 minutes. Drain the greens and serve. Add a dash of vinegar to individual servings. Don't throw away the liquid from the greens!!
