1. Place your cut vegetables in a large bowl with Olive Oil, S+P and Piri Piri to your liking.2. On a hot grill (somtimes I use a grill basket on my grill) spray some Pam (CAREFULLY) or rub it with oil using an old rag and tongs. Place your Veg on. Once you get some nice char on one side, flip.
