Here is how you make GUACAMOLE:

Cut open avocados, remove seeds(do not disgard) and scrape insides into medium bowl. Use a potatoe masher or food processor to mix, not too smooth though, leaving a few chunks of avocado. Chop onion and cilantro, add to avocado. Squeeze 1/2 lime into bowl and mix.
