knead 15 min. cover with plastic wrap in oiled bowl, rise in oven, turned off , for 1 hour. roll dough out in long tube, add any herbs, fold dough over itself longwise & pinch closed seam. roll tube to smooth, double up tube and twist to form baguette. place on oiled & floured cooking sheet. rise in turned off oven 15 min. cook in 350 oven about 30 min.
