Needed: Two medium size glass bowls, mixer, baking spatula, and a cookie sheet. *non-stick spray optional1) In one bowl, thoroughly mix the egg yolks and the cream cheese. 2) In the other bowl, whip the egg whites and cream of tartar until thick (it should not fall out if bowl is turned upside down) 3) Fold in the egg white fluff into the egg yolk mixture4) Spoon about 1/4 Cup finished mixture onto baking sheet and flatten out with baking spatula. You should be able to fit about 6 or so onto the baking sheet.5) Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 30 min.
