Mix the oats, nuts, and grains in a baking dish or roasting pan. Reserve fruit. Measure oil into the measuring cup and swirl it around before pouring it over the dry mixture. Then measure the honey in the same, unwashed cup. The oil will help the honey exit the cup. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, turning with a spatula every 10 minutes. You want everything to be an even golden brown. When finished cooking, allow to cool partially, then stir in dried fruit.
