1/2 - 3/4 shredded cheese (cheddar mix)

Custard mix:
4 jumbo eggs
3/4 cup light cream
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash salt

-Place pie crust in pie plate and prick with fork. Chill for at least 30 minutes (usually I do this the night before)-Blind bake crust until it is a light golden brown (bake in a 375 degree oven with pie weights)-Place vegetables/meat in bottom and sprinkle cheese over filling mixture.-Bake in 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Top will be slightly brown and should be almost firm to touch. Depending on your oven it could take another 10-15 minutes.Serving Size:?Makes 8 servings
