Here is how you make Italian Sandwich:

Cook sausage in a skillet on medium-low heat until almost done. Add bell peppers and onions to skillet drizzle olive oil over them and salt and pepper to taste. Toss vegetables in olive oil and cook until onions are clear and bell peppers are soft. Add sauce to vegetables and toss 'til coated and sauce is warmed.
