This recipe makes about 4 1/4 cup servings. If you need more than 4 servings/meal, then you're like me and like to put ketchup on your ketchup!1) Freeze one cup of water and crush it2) Mix one cup of water with the ice (from step one) in a clean glass and drink it. Now you've had 2 cups of water for today! ;~)Now, mix everything (except the water) in a (microwaveable) bowlAdd 1/2 cup of water and stir. You may want to add or remove some water according to your preference.
