.25 cup Pine Nuts
1 t. chili flakes
1 lemon, zested and juice to taste
1/4 c. Italian parsley, chopped


How Do I Make Lemon Herbed Couscous?

Here is how you make Lemon Herbed Couscous:

Toast pine nuts in dry saute pan, set aside.Heat olive oil in heavy bottomed saucepan. Soften shallots in oil. Add chili flakes. Toast couscous in shallot oil until golden brown. Add Better Than Bouillion, lemon zest, and 2 c. boiling water. Turn heat to low and cover pan. Let simmer for about 8 minutes, or until done. Drain excess water. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
