Here is how you make Especially Good Zuchini Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, oil, sugar and cinnamon in large mixer bowl; beat until foamy. Stir in zucchini by hand. Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in bowl. Add to zucchini mixture; mix well. Stir in wheat germ and sesame seed. Add walnuts and pecans; mix well. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 4 x 8 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour.
