Here is how you make Lumpy Mashed Taters:

Wash and quarter potatoes. Do not peel skins off of potatoes. Boil until done. Smash potatoes and start to combine all the liquid ingredients. Take mixer to make a mashed potato consistency. The longer you mix the smaller the lumps. I like my mashed potatoes to be lumpy so I only mix mine for about 3-5 minutes.
