Here is how you make Fresh Mayonnaise:

SERVING SIZE: 1 tablespoonPut the egg yolks & egg in the bowl of a food processor with a steel blade. Process for 1 minute. Add the mustard, garlic, salt, rosemary, & 1 tbsp. lemon juice, process for another 30 seconds.With the processor running, slowly drizzle the olive oil through the processor's feed tube until it has all been added. The mixture will be light yellow and thickened. Stop the motor, taste the mayonnaise, and add lemon juice (if necessary), and salt/fresh pepper to taste.This will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. Use it as an alternative to commercial mayonnaise, without the stabilizers OR the high fructose corn syrup!
