My take on a bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin. A great grab and go breakfast that you can make ahead of time and freeze. I usually make them 6 at a time and freeze 3 and keep 3 in the fridge for grab and go food!

How Do I Make Ali's BEC McMuffin?

Here is how you make Ali's BEC McMuffin:

Cook bacon according to package directions.I lay the slices on a paper towel lined plate and microwave them for 2-3 minutes. Cook egg according to taste. I crack mine in a greased muffin tin and season with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and salt then bake for 15-20 minutes (depends on how done you like them) at 350 degrees. Toast the english muffins. Assemble sandwich with bottom of english muffin, topped with bacon slices, topped with 1/2 cheese slice, topped with the egg then put on top of english muffin.
