Here is how you make Griffey's Meatballs:

1. Mix All if the ingredients in a bowl. Make sure you mix well.2. Form the balls into 50 gram portions or 8 balls.3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and place in a 400f oven for 15 mins.4. Take meatballs out of oven and roll then in your choice of BBQ/Sweet and Sour sauce. Coating the meatbals in sauce is optional and is is recommended.5. Turn the oven down to 350f and continue cooking until done, about 20 mins. Meatballs are done when the inside is no longer pink and any juices running from them are clear.6.
