1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 clove minced Garlic

1 can (15 oz) Hunt's Diced Toamatos with Basil & Oregano
2 Tbls Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp Salt


How Do I Make Tuscan Meatballs?

Here is how you make Tuscan Meatballs:

Mix beef, basil, egg, parmesan cheese and 1 clove miced garlic. Hand roll mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon or about 1-1.5 inches around.Heat oil in large nonstick skillet, add meatballs and cook on med heat for 5-7 minutes or untill browned, turning occationally.Add onion and 2 minced gloves of garlic. Increase heat to med/high and cook for ~1 min, stirring.Add can of diced tomatos, tomato paste and salt. Stir, reduced heat and let cook for about 4-6 minutes or untill meatballs are cooked all the way through.Makes about 24 meatballs (2 per serving with sauce).I served this in a bowl over a slice of wheat bread.
