Sautee onions and peppers 5 minutes. Add diced ham and cook 5-7 minutes to release some of the liquid. Drain any excess. Steam the broccoli til just tender and drain off any liquid. Mix broccoli w/ ham mixture. Divide evenly into greased muffin tin. In another bowl, mix together eggs, milk, cheese and seasonings. Ladel evenly over ham mixture in muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes until just set. If planning to re-heat, do not overbake or they will get rubbery when you re-heat.
