How Do I Make Huckleberry (or blueberry) Muffins?Here is how you make Huckleberry (or blueberry) Muffins: Sift together flours, baking powder & salt. Set aside.Mix all other ingredients (except berries) in order given, mixing well after each ingredient is added. Add flour mixture and blend gently only until flour is blended in. Gently fold in frozen, (not thawed) berries. (or you can use fresh berries.) Spray 12 muffin cups well. Spoon muffin mixture evenly into the 12 muffin cups.
