Here is how you make Amish White Bread Muffins:

Makes 12 muffin roll things. :)Dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast. Wait 10 minutes or so for the yeast to activate. It should look spongy/foamy when ready.Add oil and salt to yeast. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Knead dough on lightly floured surface for a few minutes. Put in a well oiled bowl, turn over a few times to get it covered, and cover with a damp cloth.Let rise for about an hour, or until doubled in size.Punch down dough and knead a bit again. Break off dough in to 12 balls. Place balls in oiled muffin tin. Cover with damp cloth and let rise again until doubled in size.Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes.
