Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Microwave the broth until hot. Combine the stuffing mix with the broth and microwave for 2 additional minutes. Distribute stuffing mix evenly between 12 muffin cups (the larger muffin pans work better). Spray a small cup with nonstick spray and press down the stuffing mix to make a hollow. Break an egg into the hollow of each muffin cup. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top each with cheese and bacon bits.
