Preheat oven to 400F.In a large bowl combine the flour, granola, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices. In a small bowl, mix the egg whites, and then add the molasses, honey, oil, milk and vanilla.Strain the prunes and stir into the flour mixture. Pour in the liquid mixture and stir until just moistened. Spoon into a lightly oiled muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F, then lower heat to 350F and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer (test with a knife inserted, if it comes out clean they are ready).
