Here is how you make Marsala Gravy with Mushrooms:

To make vegetable stock boil water, stir in vegebase, and set aside. Melt half of the butter in seperate sauce pan. Once melted add 1 table olive oil and mushrooms. Saute for 5 to 7 minutes. Heat remaining butter and olive oil in another sauce pan. Stir in garlic, cook until tender, and then gradually whisk in flour. Add salt and pepper.
