1/8 cup Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries
1 TBSP Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
1/4 cup Almond Raw Sliced
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
3 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain

Here is how you make Oatmeal/Fruit Bars:

Mix apple sauce, banana, palm sugar, Chia seeds, cinnamon in mixer.Chop coconut flakes, almonds, pepitas and add to wet mixture.Add blueberries and dried cranberries.Add in oatmeal 1 cup at a time. Mix until blended. Spread on greased small cookie sheet. Bake 20-22 minutes. Cool, cut into bars, and store in tupperware/ziplock in refrigerator or freezer.Serving Size:?10 servings (2 bars per serving)
