This is a basic oatmeal pancake recipe, but I've tweaked it with the spices, soy and wheat flour and flax meal. Most pancake recipes call for butter in them, but the flax meal is a great, healthy substitute. Skim the pan lightly with butter for cooking, if you wish but you don't need any more butter than that.
