Heat oven to 375, Grease 24 nonstick muffin tins lightly. Add shortening and molasses to mixer bowl. Heat milk to warm in microwave. Mix yeast in warm water. Pour yeast mixture in bowl. Use milk to "rinse" yeast cup and molasses cup so all gets in mixer bowl. Add two cups oats and then slowly add flour while mixing with bread hook. Let it mix on slow for 8 mind.
