3 T agave nectar or honey
1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
1/8 t salt
1/2 c assorted dried fruit
1/3 c coarsely chopped pecans
sliced banana


How Do I Make Swiss Oatmeal?

Here is how you make Swiss Oatmeal:

In 2-quart saucepan combine water and oats. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes (oats will not be tender). Remove from heat; transfer to mixing bowl. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in milk, yogurt, 2 T honey, pumpkin pie spice, salt and dried fruit. Cover; chill 12 hours or up to 3 days.To serve, heat oatmeal in saucepan over low heat 10 minutes.
