Here is how you make orange-sesame snow peas:

Heat sesame oil in frying pan or wok. Zest part of the orange to get 1 Tbs of peel. Juice the orange side that is zested and save the other side for another use. Juice the half orange to get 2 Tbs. of fresh juice. Mix together the orange juice and the corn starch, set aside. Add the frozen peas to the wok and stir fry for 1 minute. Add in the soy sauce and honey and orange zest. Stir fry for 1-2 more minutes. Add in the cornstarch orange juice mix and cook until thickened.
