Here is how you make Orange Scones:

Grate rind into medium bowl then mix in dry ingredients, then cut in butter. Make well in center. Drop in egg, orange juice and vinegar. With a fork beat the liquids a few strokes and then incorporate dry ingredients. Turn onto floured surface and knead 15 times or until it can be handled without sticking.. Pat into a 7"X7" square and cut into four squares, then half each square to make 8 triangles.
