Add milk & applesauce.3) Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir until just mixed, leaving batter slightly lumpy.4) Fold in blueberries.5) Pour batter onto heated, ungreased, non-stick griddle, 1/4 cup at a time. (Use Pam to coat griddle, if needed.) 6) Cook pancakes until edges are bubbled.
