Preheat electric griddle until a drop of water sizzles when dropped on to surface.Combine milk and melted butter in large measuring cup. Add the eggs and stir together.Combine all dry ingredients. Add the milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix until most lumps are gone. Do not overmix.Drop batter by 1/4 cup on to the griddle. When bubbles break the surface and edges look golden , pancakes are erady to flip. Never flip more than once as it will make your pancakes tough. Cook for 2 minutes longer, and remove pancakes to a platter or pan. Keep in warm oven until ready to serve.
