In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, xylitol, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg substitute, almond milk and water until blended.2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the well and stir until combined. Blend in 4 Tbsp of melted butter.3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
