1) Boil a pot of salted water. Separate greens from stems (use elsewhere?) and add to water for 3-4 minutes2) Melt butter in pan. 3) Remove greens w slotted spoon or pour into colander, and squeeze out water as best you can. Toss in the butter briefly, and sprinkle in Parmesan.I love this by itself.
