While waiting for it to come to a boil and start the pasta cooking, fry bacon in a pan. Remove bacon from pan to drain/cool, and crumble. Keep the bacon grease in the pan! Add butter to same pan. Saute onion and garlic cloves over medium heat until soft, but stop short of caramelizing. Discard garlic. It will look very buttery/liquidy, but this is the base of the sauce so it's OK. While pasta is cooking and bacon is frying, lightly beat 2 eggs. Stir in parsely, parmesan, pepper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.Put cooked pasta in a bowl.
