Add in finely chopped parsley and cook for 1 minute. Add pasta and then the mushrooms and wine reduction from skillet. Divide into four portions, garnish with freshly grated paramasan and serve immediately.This woodsy pasta can be served with roasted, herb covered pork tenderloin, warm wilted greens with cider vinegar and scallions and rest of the white wine.
