3-4 VERY thinly sliced red onion slices
2 Tbsp feta cheese
1 Tbsp Exta virgin olive oil
1 wedge lemon
pepper

optional- fresh oregano 1 sprig chopped fine

Here is how you make Pasta with Spinach Peas and Feta:

Place frozen peas in bottom of colandar and drain cooked pasta over them.Pour pasta and peas back into pan and add remaining veggies and cheese. Squeeze lemon wedge over all, grind pepper liberally over top and season with salt as needed. Slowly pour 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil over all and stir gently to combine.
