3 whole tomatoes
1 lg jar stewed tomatoes (whole tomatoes is ok)
lg wedge or approx 10 oz mozzarella cheese cut into chunks
salt & pepper to taste
garlic chopped small (optional)
1 onion chopped (optional)


How Do I Make Penne Jumble?

Here is how you make Penne Jumble:

Boil noodles till tender, drain & put in pan for oven. Add small meatballs (I use homemade), cut up mozzarella chunks and stewed tomatoes. Add your salt, pepper, garlic (onions are also good in this) or whatever seasoning you like to the dish as well. Make sure that everything is mixed so the cheese and meatballs are spread out evenly.
