Here is how you make Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, or 400 degrees on convection bake.Wash and cut sweet potatoes into shortened strips, as you would a french fry.Place in a large glass bowl, toss olive oil and sea salt onto potatoes, stir until the potatoes are coated in with the olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap, and cook in a microwave on high for 5 minutes, stir, recover and cook another 4 minutes on high. Remove from bowl, and place on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake in oven for 25 minutes, remove, carefully turn fries over on baking sheet and bake another 20 minutes.
